how do I install Rainmeter .. I have a clip when I put it to download the droplet does not come out green but I had to leave out a file and nothing else .. please help me to install

But for some reason, i can't write any notes ... the symbol and the titel (image check) are shown but i can not write anything ... could you please help me ... its my first try with rainmeter and iam a little bit confused because it does not work ...
